I think the witch must have lost her hat while flying over the pumpkin patch.  This is an original design of The Chasmacian Crafter at which time we call it "Halloween Harvest".  This gorgeous creation stands 16" tall and the pumpkin measures 8" across.  The design rests on a grungy stand made just for this design.  This is truly a must for primitive and Halloween collectors.  It is handmade from muslin and cheese cloth and grunged for a primitive Halloween.
