We ship through the United States Post Office.  We try to package and ship our products within 2 business days after receiving the order.  During busy times it could  take longer, but if that is the case, you will receive and email notifying you.  But, if you prefer another method of shipping, email us in advance and we will try to work something out.

We have done some International Shipping, so before ordering, please email us on the product you are ordering.  Some countries do not allow certaining products, so email us and we can let you know if it can be shipped and also the price of the shipping.

It is always a concern when shipping cost are calculated.  We want our customers to know, we only charge for the exact shipping for your package.  When it comes to shipping, 8 out of 10 people receive money back on their shipping after package has been assembled and weighed.

Our website is set up for the weight of individual products.  So, if you order just one item, it is calculated correctly.  But when our customers order more than one item, it is cheaper to do it that way.  Therefore, when we pack everything and weigh the package, it is much cheaper.

If you have concerns about the price of shipping, email us and we can give you a much more accurate estimate than what is shown on website.

I have seen some customers enter products on the website just to see what it will cost.  Well once they see the cost of shipping, they delete their cart and sign out.  Little do they know, it is not that expensive.

The United States Post Office has many different ways to ship.  The now have regional boxes which save the customers money in our region.  Also, for the heavier items, there are the flat rate boxes.  The flat rate boxes are perfect for shipping our candles.

Priority shipping in most cases is cheaper than parcel post.  So, if you would like to purchase something off the website, do not jump to conclusions when you see the shipping in your shopping cart.  If you want a more accurate cost of shipping, let us know what you would like to purchase and we will find you the best deal before you order.
